• If the issue cannot be resolved, you can have your unit serviced through our recommended third-party service center HERE. There will be a fee for this service, which the service center will advise based on the repair needing to be performed.

• If you purchased a Clyde/XCover extended warranty, you may submit a claim HERE.

• Our Edge App will be shut down as well, though you can still remotely control your Edge Tub through the Tuya Smart app HERE
