we had a huge issue with the chiller so we went to return it. They did not refund us our money for three months.
My chiller broke after less than a year while it was still under warranty. The co. had me send back the chiller which they have now. Since then customer service doesn't respond after several chasers and been without the chiller for over 6 weeks now. Given that there are so many companies out there doing this I would look to go with a more responsive competitor. When I first bought the chiller a year ago the team seemed to be way more responsive to any questions I had. What is hilarious is the company says they have best in class customer service. I can't get any response on where things stand. Have sent several email chasers and asked them to call me but all i got was an 1 sentence apology saying they are 'looking into it'.
The product is very solid. It works very efficiently.
I was an avid cryotherapy user but it was difficult (and sometimes expensive) to get to a studio regularly. Researched Edge cold plunge as an option and it’s a fantastic alternative for at home cold therapy. Started with Legacy but moved up to Elite for more leg room and comfort. The customer service team was awesome in helping facilitate the exchange. I’m very happy with this purchase!
Edge theory labs tub and chiller was the best purchase i have ever made. It not only helped me become more disciplined but it gave me a reason to wake up in the morning to get my day started on a good note. Not only the chiller was able to cool down the water to an almost freezing temperature, but the water was crystal clear with the help of the filtration system and sanitation process.
10/10 would recommend
