The amount of ice required will depend on several factors including the starting temperature of the water, the ambient air temperature, and the desired water temperature. For easy estimation, we recommend that between 60-80 pounds to be used in colder climates with cool water coming in, and 100 and 150 pounds of ice to be used in hotter climates with warm water going in.
The amount of time that the water will stay cold will depend on several factors including the starting temperature of the water, the ambient air temperature, and how much use the cold tub is receiving. In general, more people going through the tub will speed up how quickly the water warms.
Set up is a breeze! Simply inflate, fill up with water, add ice and you're good to go!
Simply open up drain plug and let the water flow out. Or if you want to drain the water out in a separate location, you can connect a garden hose to the PVC valve on the drain, and direct the water out where you please, Easy, and no tools required!
The Edge Tub Core is made from ultra durable, high quality material (military grade technology) that doesn’t leach. It's superior insulation keeps the water colder for longer. A secure, stable and strong foundations means you don't have to worry about knocking it over, or water spilling out. But the inflatable design allows you to move it around with ease.
The Edge Tub Core carries a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and other issues associated with normal product use.
